What was the highlight of White Olive Marine Aquapark

Excellent set up, made for an easy with young children. Definitely will return.

Staff had big welcome on arrival and helped take luggage to our room. Pools, water slides and evening entertainment well set up for children’s ages. Spacious areas around pools so not on top of other people . Lovely gardens well maintained. Beach a bonus to have near. Food excellent- a good selection nearly always of hot and cold food. Sunbeds available around pool area, no need to be up very early to secure sunbeds. Bathrooms, restaurants, rooms and all areas clean, and well maintained.

The token/reusable cup return system for drinks is not user friendly for guests. Carrying 5 cups everywhere is a nuisance. Only having 1 room key is difficult for 5 people. One evening at dinner the food was very cold. I spoke with manager and he was concerned and offered us an Italian meal upstairs.

Very Good

We (family of five) had a fabulous seaview apartment. Beds were very comfortable. Air-conditioned, clean and spacious room. We had a balcony too. Cleverly the Gardners have planted all sorts of herbs everywhere. The smells are just devine. The food was served in the main house and by the pools. Plenty of towels in the room (a bit small) and extra for the pool. Great approach to sustainability. Some of the food is grown on the grounds.

A few things could be updated, but we were there end of season. The cup token drink arrangement does need a bit of yet getting used to. Drinks weren't my favourites.

Had a nice holiday but wouldn’t go back here.

Clean and spacious rooms. Good access to beach. Staff very nice.

A hotel worth visiting

The hotel is located near Kos city, easily accessible by bus or car. The property has its own beach and an aquapark. The rooms are extra clean, the staff is smily and helping. There are tematic nights at the restaurant every day, food is delicious and has a wide choice. The welcoming gifts in the room, as well as the mineral water placed on a daily basis was a nice thing. We asked to have rooms next to each other and they managed to do it despite the hotel was almost full.

Overally, we really liked the hotel, though we have some thoughts we’d like to share: In October the pools were quite cold, some kind of heating would be nice. Animation was fun, but the night programs should finish a little earlier (loud noise).

Nice family vacation

Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Entertainment team and the program every night were just amazing we had a lot of fun with the kids. Room is spacious and comfort. Food was delicious. The kids loved the place. Very recommendable for families with kids.

A pleasant place for family relax.

The friendly and helpful front desk people, the car driver and cleaning girls. Kids disco, pool activities. Variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The poor snack bar at the pool and the fact that I got burned my fingers there with the serving spatula on our first day and later on my wife comment the same that she almost got a burn From the serving spatula at the pool snack bar. The toilet sink wasn't draining so I had to remove the sink valve to drain the water. Toiler paper base was falling all the time. Kids activities staff didn't pay attention on the presence of some really sick kids with badly running noses that could give really hard time to other families that are there for vacation, would be nice from the staff to advise the parents of the sick kids to keep them apart of others.

All in all, the holiday did what we wanted, which was recharge.

Rooms were very clean and the size was far bigger than I expected. For the size of the space, a chair for the desk/vanity space would have been good. Had to ask for the bathroom door lock to be fixed, but was done as soon as we asked. Also the thin duvet was only in one room, we had to ask for another one, but again was done straight away. Liked the fact that the reception/customer relations team rang the room to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything on one of the evenings.

There was a put me up bed outside our room when we got there, obviously been used by others prior to us staying. This was still there on the final day, just left outside the apartment door, bed folded away and the mattress just sprawled out over the balcony. Yes, could have asked for it to be removed, but you would expect the cleaners to tell the maintenance team without us having to go asking reception again. Just small attention to details, especially as it is classed as a 4 star. Only other gripe would be 2 euros for a slushy!!! This is a staple kids diet on holiday :). For an all inclusive holiday, you do start racking up prices for a lot of the drinks. Done lots of all inclusive holidays before this and there is normally a far better choice of 'inclusive' beverages than what was on offer this time.
